Terms of Service
These terms cover the purchase and use of the Dechonk desktop application and its Dechonk Pro license.
Dechonk is provided as-is. A Pro license is granted to the purchaser for use on their own machines: the $19 Pro and $49 Lifetime licenses are perpetual with the update window described on the product page (1 year of updates for Pro, unlimited for Lifetime); the $14/year subscription stays active while billing continues and can be canceled anytime from the customer portal (or by contacting the seller).
Payments, invoicing, VAT/sales tax collection, and refunds are handled by Freemius as merchant of record.
Contact: the email used for the purchase, via the redeem page or the Dechonk site.
