Refund Policy
Purchases are handled by Freemius as our merchant of record, and refund requests follow the store's buyer-refund process.
Dechonk honors refund requests made within 14 days of purchase: reply to your Freemius receipt email or use the contact link on the license page with your transaction id, and the refund is processed through Freemius, our merchant of record (the full amount is returned; the license key is then deactivated). The guarantee covers the license not working for you; a refund also deactivates the key.
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from the Freemius customer portal or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
